Lazzari Machines India Private Limited started operations in 2007 and the first machine was launched at India wood 2008. The company started initially with participation from Lazzari S.pA, Italy. However in the beginning of 2009, all the shares of Lazzari, Italy were bought over by the Indian shareholders and today it is a fully Indian-owned company with all the technical know-how from the parent company. Lazzari India is based out of Bangalore, India.
